- This synopsis is being posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website located at http://www.fbo.gov, the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at https://www.neco.navy.mil/, and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition website located at http://www.crane.navy.mil/acquisition/synopcom.htm. FBO is the primary point of entry to be used when access to synopses and solicitations from the World Wide Web is required. However, the NECO webpage as well as the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division, Acquisition webpage serve as alternatives if the FBO website is unavailable. Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division plans to enter into a firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a minimum quantity of 20 EA/ maximum quantity of 2,500 EA SureFire Hellfighter Heavy Weapon Light Kits. Each kit shall include the SureFire Hellfighter weapon light, mount and cable. An ordering provision for spare parts shall also be included. This requirement is being issued on a sole-source basis to SureFire LLC, 17680 Newhope Ave., Fountain Valley, CA 92708. Award of a 3-year IDIQ firm-fixed price contract is anticipated. Delivery of the minimum quantity is required within 30 days after contract award, inspection and acceptance will be performed at destination. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Surefire LLC, under the authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1.
