Description

The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) on behalf of the Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-1, Directorate of Military Personnel Management (DAPE-MPT) is issuing a solicitation for technical support services for the operation and maintenance o f the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS). ATRRS is the system of record for soliciting training requirements, converting them into resourced training programs, allocating and managing training seats, making training seat reservations for students by name and SSN, and recording student input and output from class. The Performance Work Statement (PWS) requires all contractor personnel to possess a current Secret Clearance. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code i s 561110 and the business size standard is $6.5M. Contractors shall advise the Government of pending changes in small business status. The anticipated period of performance for this requirement is for a base year, plus 4 option years. All data received in response to this annoucement that is marked, as corporate proprietary will be fully protected from release outside the Government. Please do not submit classified material. No reimbursement will be made for any cost associated with providing informati on in response to this solicitation. All responses must be submitted by email to the point of contact identified below; no other method of transmittal will be accepted. Large files should be submitted as .pdf or password protected zip files. A copy of t he Request For Proposal (RFP) is estimated to be posted by 23 January 2007 on CCE website at http://dccw.hqda.pentagon.mil/services/RFP1.ASP as W91WAW-07-R-0007. All RFI questions shall be submitted by 11 Noon EST, 05 February 2007 via email to Ms. Finett a Bean at (703) 692-9188, beanfj@hqda.army.mil. The estimated closing date for the RFP is thirty day from the estimated posted date specified in the RFP. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-DEC-2006).
