- Resulting solicitation will be Invitation For Bids (IFB) for a Firm-Fixed Price Contract to Install Manhole and Duct System along Jordan Springs Road, Fort Campbell KY. Requirements include furnishing and installing manholes, ducts, cable and fiber. Specifically, the contractor shall be required to provide all labor, equipment, supplies/materials necessary to perform requirement. Contract type will be firm fixed price. The magnitude of the project is estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Thi s acquisition is Small Business Set-Aside. NACIS is 238210, Small Business Size Standard is $13 Million.
