Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requires the furnishing, delivery and tailgate spreading of 6000 Tons of stone materials at Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge in Milton, DE. Stone materials shall be Size 2A, as per gradation requirements of Delaware Specifications Section 805 and AASHTO M 80 for Type "B" crusher run, to rehabilitate 1.2 miles of roadway in the Island Farm Unit on Prime Hook NWR. The project shall be completed by the end of September 2007. Inspecting of the site can be arranged by contacting the Refuge Manager at 302-684-8419. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for any price adjustment. The NAICS Code for this project is 212321. Requests for the Package must be submitted in writing to the address above to the attention of Marsha Browning. Requests may be faxed to 413-253-8450. Requests must include the name of the company, address, telephone and FAX numbers and a point of contact and should reference the RFQ #501817Q114. Issue date will be o/a June 21, 2007. All quotes are due at the above address by COB July 12, 2007.
