Description

The purpose of amendment 0002 is to correct the following: In accordance with FAR Part 28.101 and 52.228-1, price proposals must be accompanied by a Bid guarantee/bond in the amount of $200,000 or 20% of the proposed submission price, whichever is less. The required contract completion time is 435 calendar days from time of the Award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (11-JUN-2007).
