COMBINED SYNOPSIS/PRE-SOLICITATION: RESEARCH, DEVELOPMENT AND ACQUISITION & TESTING AND EVALUATION CONSOLIDATION FACILITY (R,D&A & T&E) NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER DAHLGREN, VIRGINIA. (DESIGN-BUILD ACQUISITION) Revise the first sentence of Factor 2: Relevant Experience (Proposed Construction Team.) to read, "The offeror shall provide five (5) relevant projects, performed within the past five years that are similar in size, scope, function and complexity to the subject project for the Construction Team." It previously read Design Team. All other Factors and information remain unchanged. As a result of this modification Factor 2 shall read: FACTOR 2: Relevant Experience (Proposed Construction Team). The offeror shall provide five (5) relevant projects, performed within the past five years that are similar in size, scope, function and complexity to the subject project for the Construciton Team. Relevant project experience is defined as a multi-story office facility, including flexible office spaces, conference rooms, LAN distribution system, computer support spaces, and testing & evaluation facilities. Relevance is strengthened by possessing one or more of the following additional elements: (1) DOD AT/FP compliance and (2) adherence to original project schedule. Include details of each project, including photographs if available, that demonstrate the construction team?s expertise with relevant projects. In addition to a description of your relevant experience for each listed project, the offeror shall provide the following information about the projects: - Contract Number & Type (i.e., fixed price, cost) - Contract Title and Location. - Customer and Contracting Officer points of contact and current phone numbers - Original Award Construction Amount - Final Construction Amount - Award Date - Original Completion Date (at time of award) - Final Completion Date NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (20-JUN-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
