Description: A One-Time-Waiver (OTW) has been granted under Subsection 842(b) of P.L. 109-364 to General Electric-Aviation for items and contracts contained in the Contractor's OTW request. This action is taken under authority delegated to the Director, Defense Contract Management Agency, for broad-based corrective action plans (CAP's) and OTW requests. The OTW is effective June 21, 2007 and applies to non-compliant specialty metals incorporated into items produced, manufactured or assembled in the United States prior to October 17, 2006, where final acceptance takes place after that date, but before September 30, 2010.
