Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to purchase the following items: No subsitutes will be accepted. 1. IronMail AntiVirus Subscription e-CLASS, 5000 to 9999. (Part No. #IRLC-AVE-5K-99999-12) 2. IronMail E-Mail Gateway Hardware upgrade, from any IronMail appiance to model E2000. (Part No. #IRAAP-UP-E2000) 3. Installation and Site Visit for E-Class, IronMail, add travel and expenses. (Part No. #IRIN-ECLS-1) 4. Technical Support, IronMail E-Mail Gateway, Model 1M112, 12 Months. This is a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format at FAR 12 and FAR 13.5. The following provisions and clauses incorporated by reference: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. No addenda apply to these provisions and clauses and no additional FAR clauses apply. This requirement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 423430. Award will be on an all or none basis to the vendor who meets the technical specifications cited with superior past performance. The facility must be registered in the Department of Defense Central Contractor Registration database (www.ccr.gov) to receive this award. Interested parties must submit a quote no later than 07/26/2007. Quotes must include pricing and product literature. This is a technically acceptable low cost procurement.
