- This requirement is open to all interested business concerns. The NAICS code is 541611, $6.5M. The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for technical and programmatic support services for the National Airspace System Defense Program (NDP). The services under this requirement would augment NDP staff to ensure programmatic and technical compliance and accountability during the implementation of NDP programs and projects. A Time & Materials/Labor Hour contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. All interested sources should download the Screening Information Request (SIR) / Request for Offer (RFO) from the internet. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. If all requested information is not furnished, the vendor's response may be determined unacceptable; therefore, not considered as one of the qualified companies. Oral or written communications with offerors, during the screening process, will be conducted if the FAA deems communication is necessary. Small and Disadvantaged Business Notification "This Notice is for informational purposes for Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: The Department of Transportation (DOT), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization, has a program to assist small businesses, small businesses owned and controlled by a socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, and women-owned concerns to acquire short-term working capital assistance for transportation-related contracts. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
