Description

DESC: NSN: 1005-00-322-9716, Part Number 8403398. The item to procure is M3 Tripod Mount. The solicitation will be a 3 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 3,000 and a maximum qua ntity of 15,000. Proposed contract is 100% Hubzone Set-Aside. FOB is Destination. For use on the M3 .50 Cal Machine Gun. It consists of Leg, 6507137; Leg, 65077136; Leg, 5559423; Bar Assy, 7149678; Bearing Head Assy, 8448211; Mechanism Assy, 5830128; L ock Assy, 6108402; and Pintle, 5559332. Heavy Phosphate Mil-DTL-16232 (Finish Series 5.3 of MIL-STD-171) is required. First Article Testing required. The solicitation number for this acquisition is W52H09-07-R-0375. This solicitation will be issued ele ctronically in accordance with FAR 4.502, FAR 5.102 and FAR 14.205 therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Estimated issue date is 13 Jul 2007.
