This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. No response to this posting is required. Interested parties who would like to be considered for issuance of a BPA should reference Solicitation W15P7T-04-R-J204, which appears on the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) IBOP (Interactive Business Opportunities Page) for instructions on submission of Technical Proposals.
