- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quote is W9124B-07-T-0022 issued as request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acqui sition Circular 2005-16 dated 22 March 07. The associated NAICS code is 423310 and is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. Contractor shall provide the following required items: ITEM DESCRIPTION AND QUANTITY FOR FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) CLIN0001: 20' Timber Poles (used requested) QTY 160 EA. (Girth/butt size or untreated/treated is not specific for our intended use to replicate a forest); CLIN0002: 25' Timber Poles (used requested) QTY 160 EA. (Girth/butt size or untreated/treated is not specific for our intended use to replicate a forest); CLIN0003: 30' Timber Poles (used requested) QTY 160 EA. (Girth/butt size or untreated /treated is not specific for our intended use to replicate a forest); CLIN0004: 35' Timber Poles (used requested) QTY 160 EA. (Girth/butt size or untreated/treated is not specific for our intended use to replicate a forest); CLIN0005: 40' Timber Poles (used requested) QTY 160 EA. (Girth/butt size or untreated/treated is not specific for our intended use to replicate a forest). Delivery point is Tiefort City on Fort Irwin, California, approximately 15 miles east from main post via maintained dirt road . Requested Delivery Date: Delivery shall be no earlier than 06 August 2007 but no later than 10 August 2007. Delivery date must be within this time frame for coordination purposes.
