Description

Removal and disposal of the concrete building foundation, sidewalk, stairs, chimney, burned wood debris and all remaining remnants of the residence. Removal of 1 utility pole approximately 50 yards north of house. Removal of septic tank, septic line and associated plumbing materials if during demolition these items are discovered. All work is to be performed in accordance with all rules and regulations governing safety and health relating to this type of work. Code of Federal Regulations: 29 CFR Part 1910 ? Occupational Safety and Health Standards The Contractor shall ensure the site is flagged and signed appropriately so unauthorized personnel do not enter the demolition site due to the close proximity of a recreation site where the public may be present during activities. Dust control measures shall be implemented during removal activities. Remove, transport and dispose of all materials associated with the residence. This task includes interior/exterior demolition, removal, excavation, footing/subsurface removal and site clearing. Transport demolished materials off Forest Service property to a State approved landfill. Black Kettle National Grasslands - Cibola National Forest
