Description

Furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision necessary to REPLACE EXISTING AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCHES; ATS 1-62, ATS 5-64, ATS 1-84 and ATS 4-64 including all associated conduit, conductors, electrical equipment and controls as shown on drawings and specifications. Work includes general construction, alterations, electrical work, necessary removal of existing structures and construction of certain other items as required by the specifications and drawings. The NAICS code is 238210/size standard is $13 million. Cost range is $100,000-$250,000. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, drawings and schedules of the solicitation, Subject to the Availability of Funds. THIS SOLICITATION IS A TOTAL SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. BIDS WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED FROM SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES in accordance with Public Law 109-461. The issue date is 7/10 /07. Pre-Bid Conference: 7/19/07 at 11:00am. LOCATION: Engineering Conference Room B18, Bldg 19, VA MEDICAL CENTER, 619 S. Marion Avenue, Lake City , Florida. Bid Opening: 8/10 /07 at 3:30pm in Room B18, Bldg. 19 at the VA MEDICAL CENTER, 619 S. MARION AVENUE, LAKE CITY, FL 32025. All bid packages must be accessed on line.
