- This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract for an Aircraft Test Set in support of the JT8D, PW4000, F117 and F100 Series Aircraft Engines and for a Flow Rate Meter Kit in support of the F100-PW-100/-200/-220/-220E/-229 Jet Engines. This acquisition is for NSN: 4920-01-372-9239RN, P/N: 1543003 and NSN: 6680-01-496-9626RN, P/N: 1093005A. The Aircraft Test Set is primarily used in off-wing testing during I-level maintenance of the F100-PW augmented turbofan jet engine series. Dimensions: 47" X 33" X 48", Weight: 750 lbs. The Flow Rate Meter Kit provides an accurate means of performing airflow testing in accordance with the appropriate jet engine maintenance service manual instructions. Dimensions: 25" X 19" X 15", Weight: < 45 lbs. This requirement is sole or limited source to: Habco Incorporated, 40 Sequin Drive, Glastonbury, CT 06033, CAGE: 51826. Authority: 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one or limited number of responsible sources, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The basic requirement is for a quantity of 1 EA for the Aircraft Test Set and 8 EA for the Flow Rate Meter Kit and four (4) Option years for both requirements with a quantity range of 1-10 EA. All assets will be shipped FOB Origin. Solicitation is expected to be issued on or around 25 June 2007 with response due 05 July 2007. Delivery is 90 days ARO contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The RFQ will NOT be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
