Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision, equipment, and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work in accordance with the specifications and drawings, specified herein, or as needed to repair the gymnasium floor in building 90517. The work shall include, but is not limited to removing and replacing the gymnasium floor complete with markings and accessories. A new floor system that will consist of maple solid wood flooring on plywood sub flooring over a solid wood sleep system with cushioned backing. This system will be installed over a 6-mil vapor barrier on an existing concrete slab. The work shall be fully complete in accordance with the contract documents. A site visit will be scheduled approximately 15 days from the solicitation issue date. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000.
