Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTIUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis/solicitation reference number is F2A2X37169A002 and is being used as a Request for Quote. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are whose in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17. This acquisition is reserved for100% set-aside for small business. The associated NAICS code is 326299 with a 500 employee size standard. Line Item 0001 Standard Kit for 12 tow mats, DMS INC. part number P/N 15464/12 OR EQUAL OR BETTER.Quantity 1 each. Line Item 0002 Packing and Packaging (removable side pallet steel box), DMS INC. part number P/N 157154 OR EQUAL OR BETTER. Quantity: 1 each. Line Item 0003 Manual for use, maintenance, DMS INC. part number P/N 154423 OR EQUAL OR BETTER. Quantity: 1 each. AIRCRAFT TOW MAT KIT: We are requesting the purchase of an Aircraft Tow Mat system. This system will be used as a temporary road in the event of an aircraft departing the taxiway, or runway. If the aircraft sinks in mud, or snow at the end of the runway, this system will allow the recovery of the aircraft in the minimum amount of time required. This system should be extremely portable, easy to maintain and the ability to hand carry each mat. AT A MINIMAL THE QUOTE SHOULD CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING ITEMS LISTED BELOW OR EQUAL: The kit consists of: 12ea 6 feet 9 inches x 17 feet mats reinforced with fiberglass bars every 6 inches. Each mat consists of: 1ea separating non-woven undermat 5 m x 2, 3m 2ea handling straps with handles 6ea stake eyelets 2ea end bars 2,10 m 6ea I shaped connections 36 ea Separating non-woven undermat, 5m x 2,3m 3ea bag with 8 stakes (500mm) and tools, each kit contains: 1ea sledge hammer 2ea pairs of gloves 1ea set of stakes and instruction manual 1ea handling bag 2ea handling hooks 8ea 0,5m bichromated stakes 1ea Jack kit: 1ea jack instruction manual 1ea PVC cover 1ea bichromated jack 4 ea Bags with 12 stakes (500mm) 1ea 160mm x 600mm bag 12ea 0,5m bichromated stakes in each bag 1. The system will need to be packed and crated in a steel box that has a removable side pallet. 1ea manual for use, maintenance and repair. Delivery will be FOB Destination to Grand Forks AFB, ND. Contractor needs to provide cage code, DUNS, Tax ID, GSA Contract Number, Place of manufacture in the quote.
