Description: The requirement is to provide instructional (secondary and post-secondary, credit and non-credit) programs and education support services for the following countries in the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Area of Responsibility (AOR): Afga nistan, Djibouti, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Seychelles, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan and Yemen. Services may be required for a t least some of these countries if not for all. The types of educational services to be acquired by contracts include High School Completion, Microsoft Certification, Undergraduate, Graduate and Post-Graduate (resident and non-resident), and Education S upport Services. The academic institution(s) must be capable of providing courses, both face-to-face and distant education, in deployed locations that are conducted in comparable formats as those delivered within the United States. The Government will prov ide classrooms and space for contractor field representatives at education centers and logistical support in accordance with Memoranda of Agreement and/or Host Nation laws in those locations not under NATO SOFA. The contractors field representatives will be provided, at each education center, office supplies, office furniture, audio/visual equipment, computer/automation equipment, internal access, telephones, and local and long distance telephone access including defense switching network (DSN), as requir ed to fulfill the contract/mission requirements.
