Description: We intend to award a sole source contract to Teradyne Inc., 5700 MoPac Expressway South, Building D, Suite 400, Austin, Texas 78749 to purchase Integra FLEX Semiconductor Test Systems software upgrades. Teradyne Inc. has proprietary equipment manufa cturer rights for the Integra Flex Test System and software upgrades which can only be purchased from Teradyne Inc. The items are compatible, interfaceable, and interchangeable with the existing equipment. No additional notifications of individual purcha ses will be provided.
