Description: The Government is soliciting for contractors to provide all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, inventory control, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide services for shipboard foreign waste food products collection and disposal services ashore. These services shall be provided in Sasebo, Japan. The period of performance will be for a base year with four (4) option years. Award of this contract will be based on best value source selection.
