Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 1 each, DRT1201B-0404/PRS Wireless Receiving System, consisting of the follo wing items: four RF tuners, four Wireless Processing Modules (96 channels of processing,) and laptop with embedded/GUI software for all supported wireless formats. Uses AC power. Alaska software and a two year warranty are also included. 2 each, DRT1000/T EX1 CPCI 3U Transmit Module for the DRT 1000 wireless receiver product line. Provides 35 MHz to 3 GHz transmit coverage. 70 MHz analog IF input. 1 each, DRT1000/DEX1 CPCI 3U Digital Exciter Module for the DRT 1000 wireless receiver product line. 1 each, D RT5301A, Wideband Digital Dual-Channel Recorder; allows 200 MBs recording capability. Includes two 1.2 TB removable disc packs. Accepts two 30 MHz wide digital IF inputs from the DRT DIM Signal Conditioning Modules installed in a DRT120X or DRT110X Receiv er. Allows playback into a DRT120X or DRT110X Receiver via the DRT DIM Signal Processing Module. One DIM Module is included as part of the DRT5301A and must be factory installed in the DRT Receiver. Cables to connect the recorder to the receiver are includ ed. 1 each, DRT/DM4300, Disk Pack features 4, 300GB drives for 1.2 TB capacity. 1 each, Carrying case for Disk Pack above ( 1.2 TB disc pack). FOB DESTINATION: Fort Huachuca, Arizona. Payment will be made by Government credit card under Net 30 Terms. Offers are due no later than 12 noon, Mountain Standard Time, Tuesday, 3 July 2007. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value crit eria in descending order of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. All Electronic and Information Tec hnology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compliant. The following FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, applies to the acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acq uisition (See evaluation criteria above). Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3,Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Tax Identification Number, CAGE Code, Central Contractor Registra tion Number, DUNS Number, and applicable FSC Codes with its offer. FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this acquisition.
