- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. This modification is to add the following to Contract N00178-07-C-1011, which was synopsized under RFP N00178-06-R-1041. 1. The contractor shall supply the labor and materials required to demonstrate the ability of a sensor-equipped TRAP T360 to counteract the motion of a HMMWV on various road conditions, in accordance with Section C.9 of the Statement of Work (SOW), Mechanical Stabilization. 2. The contractor shall supply the labor and materials required to modify the Government-owned (PRI Serial #002435) Quad-X unit, in accordance with Section C.10 of the SOW, Refine Quad-X Mobile Security Station. 3. The contractor shall provide the labor and materials necessary to deliver an updated version of the T250/T360 System hardware and firmware, in accordance with Section C.11 of the SOW, Firmware Changes. This shall include modification of one Government owned T250 System and inclusion into all T360 Systems deliverable under N00178-07-C-1011. 4. The contractor shall supply the labor and materials required to fulfill the tasks stated in Section C.12 of the SOW, Testing/Training Support. The following travel will be required: three trips from Point Richmond, CA to Quantico, VA for 2 engineers/4 days per trip; one trip from Point Richmond, CA to Jacksonville, NC for 2 engineers/ 5 days. 5. The contractor shall supply the labor and materials required to package the T360 System deliverables of CLIN 0003 and 0006 as designed and developed in accordance with Section C.3 of the SOW, Packaging Evaluation (CLIN 0007). 6. The contractor shall supply the labor and materials required to attach and support the GFE image-intensified camera units from Stanford Photonics. This includes mounting hardware, cabling and software support of the camera functions, including digital zoom and NTSC analog video display.
