- Description
- A critical success factor in FRA’s Human Capital Implementation Plan is developing and enhancing managerial/executive leadership skills. Executive coaching is one tool to enhance a manager’s effectiveness by affecting a shift in the manager’s knowledge and behavior, using a structured process. FRA has approximately 800 employees spread throughout the United States, of which, 75 are managers and executives. To better prepare the managers and executives, FRA encourages these managers to pursue coaching. Managers/executives range from 1st line supervisors over small organizations to executives overseeing large organizations. However, only new supervisors are required to take coaching within 12 months of assuming a supervisory position. The number of FRA managers who will be seeking coaches each year may range between 5-15. FRA anticipates awarding more than one IDIQ contract with no guaranteed minimum. The period of performance for this requirement is one base year and 4 one-year options. The solicitation will be issued electronically using FedBizOpps on June 02, 2006.
