- Request for Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 1630-99-734-6695, 0013021633, Plate, Backing, Brake. The OEM is Dunlop Aerospace Limited Cage K1037. Requirement is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed contract for a base of 50 each no quantity option. The solicitation issue date is July 19, 2007 and the solicitation closing date is August 20, 2007. FOB: Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. This solicitation will be issued unrestricted full and open competition under the negotiation method. Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals are unacceptable. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
