ITEM DESCRIPTION: Couple the high pressure turbine components together. SIZE AND DIMENSIONS : 1.664 inches min and 1.666 inches max. Predominant material: made of plain nickel alloy APPLICABLE TO: F100-220/229 ENGINE. QUANTITY RANGE: 3099, 6195, 9296 EACH. DESTINATION: TINKER AFB, OK. DELIVERY: 30 NOV 07 Qualification Requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The solicitation will contain instructions for obtaining further information on this requirement. All responsible sources solicited may submit a proposal, which shall be considered. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product, or the manufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1. The solicitation will identify the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 12 July 2007. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 12 August 2007. The anticipated award date will be 12 Sep 2007. The solicitation will be available for download on the release date from www.fedbizops.gov. No telephone requests. Hardcopies of the solicitation will not be sent from this office. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
