- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia, PA intends to award a firm-fixed price, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a two year period for Helo Hanger Door replacement parts. This procurement will include the following item(s): Item 0001: Tandem Roller Assembly, P/N: 15662158-1, Qty: Max: 105; Item 0002: Single Roller Assembly, P/N: 15662157-1, Qty: Max: 60; Item 0003: Sealing Plate Spring, P/N: 15666164-1, Qty: Max: 120; Item 0004: Soft Start Control Retrofit Kit, P/N: 15667005-1, Qty: Max: 5; Item 0005: Seal, Water, Sealing Plate, P/N: SF-1104-FR-71, Qty: Max: 60; Item 0006: Sealing Plate Hinge, P/N: 15662135-1, Qty: Max 170; Item 0007: Sealing Plate Hinge, P/N: 15666193-1, Qty: Max 170; Item 0008: Socket Head Cap Screw, P/N 15662159-29, Qty: Max 260; Item 0009: Socket Head Cap Screw, P/N 15662159-30, Qty: Max 260; Item 0010: Socket Head Cap Screw, P/N 15662159-34, Qty: Max 480; Item 0011: Socket Head Cap Screw, P/N 15662159-24, Qty: Max 320; Item 0012: Socket Head Cap Screw, P/N 15662159-35, Qty: Max 360. Drawings for these items will be provided upon request by contacting the contract specialist. Only requests made in writing or email will be considered. This is a competitive procurement and will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 332710 and has a size standard of 500. Offers from concerns other than small businesses will not be considered. All responsible sm all businesses submitting a proposal will be considered by NSWCCD. Awa rd for this requirement shall be made on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis. Solicitation will be available to download from FEDBIZZOPPS or NECO.Navy.mil on or after July 26, 2007.
