- DSCR will negotiate with responsible concerns for the establishment of a Long Term, Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base period of one year and four, one-year options for NSN 6810-01-551-0544, Nomenclature: Methanol-Water-40/60 Solution. This item is manufactured to drawing 015510544. Bidset information is available on the Internet via www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd. Surge and sutainment does not apply to this acquisition. All large business offerors must submit a subcontracting plan. The estimated annual demand quantity is 480 drums. The maximum annual quantity is 960 drums. The guaranteed minimum amount is 120 drums for the Base year only. Delivery locations are Defense Depot Tracy CA and Defense Depot Susquehanna (New Cumberland PA), FOB destination with destination inspection and acceptance. Delivery time is 30 days after receipt of order. Minimum delivery order qty is 120 drums- maximum delivery order qty is 480 drums. DPMS is also included in the solicitation. This is a commercial item and the procedures in FAR part 12 will be utilized to solicit and evaluate offers. The applicable quality assurance provision is DAA- Standard Inspection. This is an unrestricted acquisition- full and open competition. Offerors are urged to confirm the Government's drum requirements for this acquisition with applicable specifications.
