- Description
- The Okanogan and Wenatchee National Forest is seeking proposals an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type contract for year 2007 for the reconstruction of Forest Service recreation trails on the Tonasket Ranger Districts, in wilderness and nonwilderness areas. Project is for restoration of fire-damaged trails on the Tonasket Ranger District, Okanogan and Wenatchee National Forests. Trails within the Pasayten Wilderness area will have wilderness rules and regulations applicable. Task orders may consist of trail restoration, log, root and rock removal, restoring turnpikes, building new turnpikes, installing drainage structures to replace burned water bars, filling root and stump holes, replacing decking and curb logs on bridges, building shallow gully crossing structures, and removing hazard trees. Blasting may be required. Contractor should be licensed in State of Washington, Labor and Industries, to conduct blasting. Orders may be placed from date of contract award with desired start work date of July 30, 2007, with all work ordered under task orders completed by October 30, 2007. Estimated price range for all task orders not to exceed $100,000. 100% Payment Bonds will be due depending on task orders issued not to exceed the maximum value of this contract.
