Description: The Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest is soliciting for the collection and disposal of solid water per collection schedule weekly during the period of May 15, 2008 through September 11, 2008, and on an as requested basis the remainder of the year. The resultant contract will be awarded for the base year and four option years. Waste will be collected from containers located in various recreational areas of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. The solicitation will be issued utilizing commercial items procedures resulting in a best value award. Offers will be evaluated based upon price, past performance, and contractor's capability. CCR and ORCA are required.
