- Solicitation Number: NTIA6380-7-14259 Description of Services: On-site engineering services to support spectrum engineering and management related functions. Location of Services: Washington D.C. area Closing Date/Time: Friday, July 13, 2007 at 2:00 EST Dear Industry Partner; This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) services to be provided under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items. We have issued this RFP to you and to other contractors. If you decide to respond your proposal must be in full compliance with the attached instructions in this RFP. In addition to this letter, this RFP includes the following exhibits: Exhibit A - Additional Terms and Conditions Exhibit B - Instructions for submitting your quote, proposal content requirements, evaluation criteria, basis for award and pricing schedule Exhibit C ? Statement of Work (SOW) If you decide to submit a proposal in response to this RFP, please ensure that you have read the attached documents, and then submit your RFP by the date and time indicated above. All items within the RFP must be completed and returned as part of your RFP. If your company does not intend to quote, please submit a NO QUOTE letter. The Government contemplates a firm fixed price labor hour purchase order. All responding contractors must be registered in the CCR: Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Offerors are advised that all task orders to be awarded as a result of any solicitations issued 1 June 1998 or later require prospective awardees to be registered in the CCR Data Base. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Offerors and Contractors may obtain information on registration via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov/ Contractor Teaming Arrangements are encouraged.
