- The Federal Protective Service (FPS) intends to award a purchase order to acquire data line services for the Federal buildings that are supported by the Federal Protective Services in Los Angeles and Laguna Nigel, California. The data lines will be for alarm systems, card readers, radio circuits, data circuits, and local telephone services. The requirement consists of twenty (20) telephone/data lines. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Protective Service intends to award a purchase order on the basis of best value to acquire data line services for the Los Angeles and Laguna Nigel Offices in California. The requirement consists of twenty (20) for alarm systems, card readers, radio circuits, data circuits, and local telephone services. Firms that believe they can provide the required items/services described above are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification to the Contract Specialist. Supporting evidence shall be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirement. All responses received within 7 days of the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
