- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security intends to procure services on a sole source basis from TTI Technologies LLC, for 1 year membership to Information Technology forums and subscriptions to the related TTI/Vanguard electronic archives under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. TTI/Vanguard is a unique forum for the introduction, discussion and evaluation of emerging and breakthrough information technologies. This notice of intent is not a request for quotes (RFQ) and a RFQ will not be issued. However, if an interested party has reason to believe it can meet or exceed this requirement they may submit sufficient documentation to support their claim of capability by July 11, 2007. The anticipated period of performance is twelve (12) months. Note 22 applies
