- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; price quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, HSCG81-07-Q-3YH077, is issued as a Request For Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) clauses and provisions are available via internet address: http://www.arnet.gov/far/. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 314999 and Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Item Description: 1. Pennant ? 28? X 50? nylon acid dyed single reverse Amver tapered burgee F0008992, OG blue and white, blue letters, reinforce fly end, canvas heading and grommets, LABEL, 1950 each. 2. Pennant ? 28? X 50? nylon acid dyed single reverse Amver tapered burgee F0008991, Spanish yellow/white, black letters, reinforce fly end, canvas heading and grommets, LABEL, 250 each. 3. Pennant ? 28? X 50? nylon acid dyed single reverse Amver tapered burgee F0008991, purple/white, black letters, reinforce fly end, canvas heading and grommets, LABEL, 100 each.
