- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to issue a sole source purchase order to National Law Enforcement Telecommunications Systems (NLETS), located at 2930 Camelback Road, Suite 160, Phoenix, AZ 85016 for the acquisition of annual renewal NLETS Membership for the period 10/01/2007 through 09/30/2008. The proposed purchase order is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with NLET under authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, a Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been justified, certified and approved for NLETS. The NAICS code is 518112. The Government anticipates the award on a firm-dixed price purchase order. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to respond to this requirement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notife is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotes (RFQ) is not available. Closing date is July 27, 2007. See Note 22
