- The Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for the design, engineering development, documentation, production, assembly, installation, checkout and facility interface at the delivery site of Tower Simulation Systems (TSS). All interested parties are advised that the FAA will not pay for any information or costs incurred associated with any response received from this SIR. Therefore, any costs associated with SIR submissions will be solely at the interested parties expense.
