- VISN 3 Network Acquisition & Logistics (10N3/NAL-3) intends to award a fixed price Contract for Radiology Technician Services at the Northport VAMC medical center. They are to be supplied in the areas of General Diagnostic, Ultrasound, CT and MR. The Radiology Service provides a comprehensive level of diagnostic services for inpatients and outpatients and supports the Surgery service inside the operating suite. The contracted service will be expected to provide experienced technologists in the four needed areas cited in the previous paragraph. The contract service plays a vital role in providing experienced technologists, on short notice. They will be required to cover tours of duty around the clock as well as provide "On call" coverage. The applicable NAICS code is 621111. This solicitation will be posted June 28, 2007.
