- The Cheyenne VAMC is interested in leasing approximately 9,000 to 10,000 square feet of office and clinical space (handicapped accessible) in Fort Collins, CO for replacement of the CBOC and Vet Center office. Space to accommodate: 4- 10 X 12 offices (MH), 4- dual spaces offices- 10 X 12, 1- 10 x 20 file and storage room, 3- 10 x 10 rooms for nurse check in, 1- 15 x15 lab room ( room for two technicians), 8- exam rooms, 2- treatment /procedures rooms, 3- 10 x 12 offices (Vet Center), 4 - physicians' offices- 10 X 12, 1- 15x20 room for sound booth, 2- offices for audio logy services with sink, 1 -15 x 15 group space, 1 - 15 X15 tele heatlh room, 1 - 20 x 15 office, 1 - 15 x 30 reception area, 1 - large, waiting area, seat 15 patients, 1 - Staff conference/break room, 12 x 15 minimum, 1- conference room, 15 x15 minimum, male and female handicap-accessible restrooms, preferred ground floor space, must comply with all safety/fire regulations, lease fee will include all utilities, and janitorial services, snow removal, etc., 15 -25 off street parking spaces, Optimal boundary lines- Mulberry Street on the north to Harmony road or just south of Harmony road for the southern boundary, Timberline on the East to Sheridan on the West.
