Description

Seeking sources from interested Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or 8(a) companies. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. NAICS Code 238160, size standard $13.0 applies. The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, material, labor, and supervision necessary to replace Unit Substations 1MS (i.e. Substation 25D) including the 15kV power cable and Substation CMSCS (i.e. Substation C-South) on the campus of the Richard L. Roudebush VAMC, located at 1481 W. Tenth Street in Indianapolis, Indiana. The contractor shall coordinate all utility shutdowns at least three weeks in advance. Technical Data: Substation 25D Feeds Building #1 - C Wing Unit Substation "1MS" 1000 KVA, 13200 - 480/277VoltAC, Three Phase Four Wire Unit Substation Outdoors and detailed as described in spec. sections 02060, 16100, and16124. Substation C-South Feeds Building #1 C-Wing Unit Substation "1MS" 1000 KVA, 13200 - 480/277VoltAC, Three Phase Four Wire Selector Switch, Load Interrupter and Transformer Outdoors and detailed as described in spec. sections 02060, 16100, and16124. The contract completion time frame is 120 calendar days from the NTP. The magnitude of construction range is between $250,000 and $500,000. Interested contractors should express interest in writing including company status (i.e. SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a)).
