Description
Seeking sources from interested Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB) or 8(a) companies. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. NAICS Code 238390, size standard $31.0 applies. Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment material and labor to accomplish the following per contract specifications and drawings. A-Wing: Work includes replacing window glass of a number of windows as indicated on construction drawings. The current aluminum window frames will remain in place and be utilized by new glazing. Above the 4th floor surgery windows insulation will be added as indicated on the construction drawings. This will require the removal of drywall, installation of insulation, and then installation of new drywall. Each exterior wall that will receive window replacement will be re-caulked as needed from ground level to 6th floor to maintain a water tight seal. C-Wing: Contractor is to strip all old caulking from the windows and lintels of the C-wing of the building starting on the northwest corner and progressing around the building in a clockwise direction from top down. All the windows will be re-sealed and re-caulked careful to not caulk the weep holes closed. Internal walls where water has created damage below windows shall be repaired to match existing surrounding space. All this work is located at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center 1481 West Tenth Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202 The magnitude of construction range is between $500,000 and $1 Million. Interested contractors should express interest in writing including company status (i.e. SDVOSB, VOSB, 8(a)).
