- 1. This is an amendment to Request for Quotation posted on 12 June 2007. The following changes are made: a. Part Number should be CF-19CJGCXBM b. Installed 1GB additional memory for a total of 2GB c. Part numbers for the computers to be turned in would be P/N #CF-18LQZABM (?P? model - 80 each) and a smaller number of ?B?, ?D?, ?K? and ?N? models. d. Date the proposals are due is changed to 06 July 2007 e. All other requirements remain the same. 2. Respondents to this Request for Quotes (RFQ) should submit a bid for a CF-19 Toughbook computer with the following attributes: P/N CF-19CJGCXBM; Intel Core Duo Processor U2400/1.06GHz Centrino; RAM: 2GB ? 1GB installed in each slot; Rubber Backlit Keyboard; 10.4 inch touchscreen XGA; 80GB; Intel 802.11a+b+g, Dual pass through Bluetooth 2.0EDR; Win XP Professional;SP2 GPS capability; No Optical 3. The Government is also interested in the following areas: a. Is there a quantity discount available for computer purchase? What is the minimum order to receive that discount? b. Any rebates which may be available for the turn in of used CF-18 computers. Part numbers for the computers to be turned in would be P/N #CF-18LQZABM (?P? model - 80 each) and a smaller number of ?B?, ?D?, ?K? and ?N? models c. Option to purchase 2GB memory chips. Is there a quantity discount? If so, what is the minimum order to receive that discount? d. Option for maximum upgrade to hard drive (100-120 GB). e. What is the warranty period? What does the warranty include? 4. Two (2) paper copies should be submitted as set forth in paragraph 5. Paper copies must be clearly labeled ?Proprietary/Competition Sensitive Information? on the cover sheets and, in close proximity to this type of information, on each applicable page. Proprietary/Competition sensitive information will be protected from disclosure. E-mail copies of the paper submittal will be accepted. 5. Responses shall be received no later than 06 July 2007.
