- (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propos als are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) This Combined Synopsis/Solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) WC1SH37142G031. (iii)The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-17 (iv)This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns. The associated NAICS code for this acquisition is 532412 small business size standard is $6.5M annually. (v)Line Item 0001 1 each Forklift -container handler rental, bj11032004 cat mdl: 52 or equal for 6 months. Forklift must have capacity of 52,000 lbs, diesel engine, heated cab, cab Width 11 feet 6 inches, automatic transmission, 2 stage standard mask,side shifter , collapsed height 12 feet. Line item 0002 Maintenance services for forklift provided by vendor to cover the entire rental period to be done at bldg. 804 on a as needed basis, and in case repairs can not be done a replacement item will be provided until it can be repaired. Line item 0003 Delivery and pick up forklift from Fort Richardson after completion or termination of contract (vi) Rental of 52,000 pound forklift/container handler to include FOB delivery and pickup. (vii)FOB destination: delivery to Fort Richardson, Alaska by July 11, 2007.
