- DESC: Provide all supervision, plant, labor, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in connection with removing and installing approximately 708 square yards of carpet at the post main Chapel, Building P-10785A, Fort Drum, NY. Work w ill be performed in strict accordance with the Statement of Work and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. Scope of work includes, but is not limited to, removal and installation of approximately 708 square yards of carpeting, Contractor will remove and replace all 4 baseboard and transition strips in rooms with new carpeting located on Fort Drum, New York,. The contract type shall be Firm Fixed Price Construction. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Emerging Small Busine ss concerns pursuant to the Federal Acquisition Regulation, Subpart 19.1007(b)(2). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238330. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 - $100,000. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 13 July 2007. The DUE DATE for the solicitation shall be 15 days after actual issuance/posting date on Fort Drum's web page. All responsible certified Emerging Small business sources may submit a quote which will be considered. The Request for Quotation will not be mailed out and no mailing list will be maintained. The RFQ and any subsequent amendments will only be available electronically by accessing either Federal Business Opportunities at http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ or the Fort D rum Contracting page web page at http://www.drum.army.mil/sites/directorates/doc-solicitations.asp. No hard copies will be provided. All sources wishing to quote are required to monitor these sites for any/all amendments to the RFQ. Failure to respond to any amendments may render the quote as non-responsive.
