- Description
- The Fort Bragg Directorate of Contracting intends to negotiate a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Wireless Ventures, LLC DBA Amerizon Wireless, 1211 Ireland Drive, Suite 1 Fayetteville, NC. Wireless Ventures, LLC DBA Amerizon Wirel ess is the only regional authorized Motorola Service Provider for Fort Bragg and the Federal Government in the Fayetteville, NC regional area. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811213, size standard is $6.5 million. The pe riod of performance is 1 August 2007 through 31 July 2008 with four one-year option periods if exercised. The contract shall furnish all labor, material, tools, equipment, supplies and repair parts necessary to repair and maintain equipment to good workin g order. Contractor shall use only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts or equivalent. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may ident ify their interest and capability to respond to the requirements. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contracting Officer. Supporting evide nce must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the requirements listed. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion for the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Wireless Ventures, LLC DBA Amerizon Wireless.
