Description

The Army Contracting Agency at Fort Polk, Louisiana will issue a request for quote (RFQ), 100% unrestricted for providing parts washer's rental service and maintenance at Fort Polk, Louisiana. Vendor must meet all Federal, State, and Local Laws conc erning the handling of parts washer solvent and paint waste. Manage/remove used solvent as a non-regulated material as part of the continuous use program and have the state of Louisiana's permission to do so. Solvent must meet PRF 680-H standard. Posses s Federal, State, and Local transportation licenses and endorsements. Be ISO 1400I certified. Services will be from 01 Aug 07 through 31 July 2008. NAICS Code is 562211. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 03 July 2007 and an approximate due date of 16 July 2007. This RFQ contains an option clause to extend the contract for a period for one one-year period. Faxed quotes will be accepted. NO PHONE OR EMAIL QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED.
