- Description
- We intend to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, a Blackbody Source and Controller System. Ambient to 350 C 12 inch by 12 inch Area 110V 1500 Watts for existing Blackbody Source and Controller System, to Infrared System Developmen t Corporation, 7319 Sandscove CT STE 4, Winter Park, FL 32792-6979. This Blackbody Source and Controller System will be linked to the existing system already in place as part of the overall improvement for White Sands Missile Range, and is the only Black body Source and Controller System compatible with the system already in place. This is not a request for proposal and no solicitation is forthcoming. Response must be submitted electronically to James Tellez at james.d.tellez@wsmr.army.mil no later then 3: 00pm MDT July 3, 2007. See note 22.
