Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) is seeking a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL TO the following: Vendor - Nanogen; Product  The Cardiac STATus (Part # A20-CS3002); Quanti ty = 80. Essential characteristics are: Tandem 3 in 1 test; Accelerated Identification of high and low risk patients; Utilizes renowned 81-7 antibody; FDA Cleared. Items are to be shipped to Hanover, MD 21076. This announcement constitutes the solicita tion. W81XWH-07-T-0242 is issued by USAMRAA, Ft Detrick, MD as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and offers must be submitted in writing (oral offers will not be accepted). The solicitation document and incorporated Provisions and Clauses are those in effect throu gh Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The SIC Code is 3826; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516; the FSC 6515.
