Description

Solicitation Number NAR070074 applies and will be issued as a Request for Proposals for the following services: The BLM Buffalo Field Office in Buffalo, WY has a requirement for janitorial services for the location of 1425 Fort Street, Buffalo, Wyoming consisting of approximately 17,700 square feet of main office space and approximately 300 square feet of seasonal office space in the warehouse fire crew office area. An additional 2,100 square feet of office space and one restroom, are located in a temporary modular building located adjacent to the main office building. The total space to be cleaned is approximately 20,100 square feet. The Contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, supplies, materials, equipment and tools, except for specified Government furnished property, required to effectively, efficiently, and satisfactorily perform the janitorial services specified within the statement of work. The BLM anticipates a firm-fixed price award for one (1) year, with four (4) one (1) year options beginning October 1, 2007. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The standard NAICS classification is 561720. Size standard is $15 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about June 29, 2007. Proposals are due July 13, 2007 by 1:00 PM Mountain Time. Award will be made based on past performance and price which are in descending order of importance. Submit proposals to the address indicated above. Proposals shall include the following items: 1) Pricing Schedule including unit price, 2) Past Performance Questionnaires from at least three (3) current (last three years) customers for similar services, 3) Completed 52.212-3 Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (Nov 2006) (accessible at http://www.arnet.gov/far/) or statement of registration in ORCA (accessible at https://orca.bpn.gov/login.aspx) , 4) Include TIN and DUNS Number, and 6) Offer must be signed. Offerors must be registered at http://www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. See Note 1.
