- The US Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement to replace siding on a residental unit in Hamer, ID, NAICS 238170, Set aside for Small Business Concern, 1. GENERAL The Service owns a 3 bedroom 1 bath house with detached two-car garage. The house is currently used as a bunkhouse. Both house and garage were constructed in 1953. The exterior siding on both buildings is composed of asbestos shingles. Most of the existing windows are part of the original building construction (three of the original windows have been replaced, and will NOT be included in this contract). Exterior doors on both buildings are wood. This project will remove the existing asbestos shingles and install vinyl or steel lap siding, replace the existing windows with new windows, replace doors, insulate the residence and provide reduction in air infiltration. The Camas NWR Quarters #2 house and garage are located approximately 1 mi. southeast of Main Headquarters Complex - 5 miles NW of Hamer, Idaho at 2150 E, 2350 N. Take county road 2200 east south for 1 mile to 2274 East 2300 North. Residence No.2-Old RPI #2, SAMMS NUMBER 10005788 on the east side of the road within large tree grove. 2.
