Description

The is Amendment No. 1 to Combined Synopsis/Solicitation No. 201817Q023 for Soil Survey and Data Collection of Marcial Fire Area for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2 located on the Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge, Socorro County, New Mexico. The purpose of this amendment is to change the following items: 1) REMOVE the following requirement from the scope of work: "The Refuge will require any professional who conducts these studies to be a Certified Professional Soil Classifier under the ARCPACS program." This requirement has changed, see item no. 2. 2) ADD the following requirement to the scope of work: "The Refuge will require any professional who conducts these studies to be a Certified Professional Soil Classifier under the ARCPACS program and/or have demonstrated abilities (experience) in conducting similar inventories in the arid west." 3) CHANGE performance time to complete work from 30 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed to 90 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. 4) CHANGE response due date from July 13, 2007 to July 20, 2007. All other terms and conditions for this solicitation remains the same.
