- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation Q631007M061 is issued as a Request For Quotes for lumber, floor joists, doors, windows, roofing, siding and miscellaneous materials necessary to construct a dormitory building in the Windigo area of Isle Royale National Park in accordance with the attached materials list and flooring plan. The requirement isfor commercial supply items only, no construction labor. Delivery of materials will be FOB destination to 800 E. Lakeshore Dr., Houghton, MI 49931. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 05-14. The applicable NAICS code is 444190. This is a Total Small Business Set Aside procurement.The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price order.
